I’m Sharon. I’ve been designing user experiences since age 5, when I first learned to set the table. Now I design UX strategies for apps, sites, and books. That includes doing the research and crafting artifacts (mostly user flows, wireframes, and prototypes). I taught product design at Boston University’s School of Education. Now I teach UX Design at General Assembly.
This one time, I wrote a graphic novel about empathy — the base layer of any UX project.
